What the warranty covers
The one-year limited warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use. Coverage begins on the original Amazon purchase date and applies to the original purchaser.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover ordinary wear, cosmetic changes, misuse, overloading, improper placement, modifications, accidental damage, commercial abuse or failure to follow current product instructions. Damage caused by unstable surfaces, unsecured loading ramps or environmental exposure outside normal use is also excluded.
How to make a claim
- Open your Amazon purchase history and locate the gardhom order.
- Use Amazon messaging to contact the seller about the problem.
- Provide the order number, model, a clear description and relevant photos.
- Follow the troubleshooting or return instructions supplied after review.
Lifetime technical assistance
Warranty expiration does not end our technical support. Contact gardhom for help with ramp sizing, placement, operation and general safety questions throughout the useful life of your product.
Stop using a ramp that is bent, cracked, unstable or otherwise damaged. Warranty support does not replace regular inspection or safe operating judgment.
