Return eligibility
Unused products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. The ramp should be in resalable condition, packed in its original packaging and returned with all components, straps, cases, hardware, instructions and accessories.
How to start a return
- Sign in to the Amazon account used for the purchase.
- Open Your Orders and select the gardhom product.
- Choose the return or replacement option and follow Amazon's instructions.
- Pack the complete product securely and use the supplied return label.
Refund timing
After a return is approved and received, the refund is generally processed within one to two business days. Bank or card posting times may vary. Amazon displays the latest refund status in the order record.
Used, incomplete or damaged returns
Products that show use, damage, missing parts or incomplete packaging may receive a reduced refund or may not qualify, subject to Amazon's applicable return terms. If the product arrived damaged or incorrect, report the issue through Amazon promptly and retain the packaging.
Confirm the ramp length, rated capacity, landing space and wheel spacing before use. Keeping the packaging intact makes an eligible return easier.
